Bio - I was born in Bradenton Florida in 1986 and soon after my mom and I moved to the Valley. I was introduced to sports at a very young age. My mother was working long hours and enrolled me in the "Boys and Girls Club" to keep me busy in the summers. I was blessed to have an elementary physical education coach that would pick us up during the summer and drive us everywhere to compete. Later between 2001-2004 I attended PSJA Memorial High School where I competed in Volleyball, Basketball, Soccer and Track and Field. I was blessed to graduate with honors and receive the Athlete of the Year award during my senior year. I found a great passion for Track and Field and went on to compete at the University of Texas Pan American. During my time there I was honored and blessed to compete against and be coached by Olympic athletes. Those years have continued to be some of the most memorable in my life. I graduated college in 2007 and that fall I was hired at Sharyland ISD. I knew I wanted to become a coach and provide the same impact and opportunities to other kids that loved sports like myself. I was 21 years old when I started coaching and I am now on my 12th year. During my time working for the district I got married started a family and have two athletic children who attend school at Sharyland ISD. I worked at Sharyland High School for 7 years and then moved to Sharyland Pioneer where I have been working now for 5 years. Looking forward to continue to make a positive impact on these athletes and win championships along the way!
